| Purchasing |
Once you have made your purchase through Octane 3 you will
receive an order confirmation email from us. Make sure you have
orders(at)octane3(dot)com and sales(at)octane3(dot)com in your
spam filter safe list.
You will also receive a Paypal receipt for your transaction.
We will aim to send your order out within 48 hours (normally
24 hours) of receipt. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday
will not be sent out until the Monday. |

| Preordering |
We often take preorders for items that are on the way from
the supplier. In most cases we have already paid the supplier
for these, so by taking full payment we can then make sure we
don't have customers pulling out of orders.
Where possible we will give an exact date of arrival of the product,
but sometimes with customs and shipping delays, a precise date
can't always be given. |

| Deposits |
For more limited items that we have been confirmed numbers
on, we will take a percentage deposit from each customer. This
often arises from 'registering interest' in a product in the
coming soon area of the site.
All deposits are non refundable, and so order carefully if you
think you might find it elsewhere. This goes especially for Worldwide
customers. |

| Returns Policy |
Once an order is placed with Octane 3, we will not accept returns.
All sales are final.
Please note that due to the often hand made or hand painted nature
of these collectable figures or toys, some marks or blemishes
may be present on the piece. This is perfectly normal, and part
of the production that makes us love toys so much! |

| Faulty Goods Policy |
| If your order arrives and is damaged (for example, missing
an arm or snapped) then we will be happy to provide you with
a replacement item, if that item is still in stock. We will otherwise
offer a similar item or credit voucher to use in the store. If
you can't find anything you want, then we will issue a full refund
upon receipt of the goods from you, the customer. |

| Privacy Policy |
At Octane 3, our customers details are kept tightly secure
and away from prying eyes. We do not pass any of your personal
details, or email addresses to any third parties or marketing
agents.
We do not hold any financial records of your credit or debit
cards, so be rest assured your details are safe and sound. Our
payment processer Paypal look after all of those technical whizzy
things!
We will email you from time to time if you have signed up to
our mailing list, if at any time you wish to be removed from
this database, you may do so by click 'remove' on the bottom
of any newsletter you receive. |
